Vážená paní, vážený pane Obracíme se na Vás s laskavou žádostí o vyjádření solidarity s Dušanem Dvořákem z Olomouce z České republiky (Českoloslovensko), vedoucím mezinárodního výzkumu léčivých kanabinoidů a zakladatelem cannabisterapie. Právě v Olomouci byl v padesátých letech minulého století na Univerzitě Palackého zahájen studií „Konopí jako lék“ výzkum léčivých účinků konopí a olomoučtí vědci jako Ondřej Lumír Hanuš (Hebrejská univerzita), objevitel prvního endogenního kanabinoidu, patří ke světové špičce. Dušana Dvořák, stejně jako další odborní pracovníci a tisíce českých a slovenských občanů, kteří pěstují konopí pro léčebné účely, jsou od roku 1992 systematicky kriminalizováni i přes protesty desetisíců občanů.
